This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you will play a key role supporting the leadership team whilst shaping and delivering the people agenda across the UK workforce. This role offers a broad and varied remit with significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence both operational and strategic people initiatives. Start date: October 5th The Role Reporting in to the Head of HR, operating in a stand-alone capacity, you will act as the primary HR lead for the UK business, partnering closely with senior leaders and managers across multiple functions. This is a true generalist position offering exposure across the full employee life-cycle, combining hands-on operational delivery with opportunities to contribute to wider HR projects. Key responsibilities will include: Partnering with the UK leadership team to deliver people-focused solutions and commercial HR support. Managing employee relations matters, including organisational change and restructuring activity. Supporting absence management and broader employee wellbeing initiatives. Leading end-to-end recruitment activity across the business. Overseeing payroll-related processes, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
