Start date: October 5th The RoleReporting in to the Head of HR, operating in a stand-alone capacity, you will act as the primary HR lead for the UK business, partnering closely with senior leaders and managers across multiple functions.This is a true generalist position offering exposure across the full employee life-cycle, combining hands-on operational delivery with opportunities to contribute to wider HR projects.Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with the UK leadership team to deliver people-focused solutions and commercial HR support. Managing employee relations matters, including organisational change and restructuring activity. Supporting absence management and broader employee wellbeing initiatives.
