South West, London HybridInterim Contract until December 2026 / January 2027Not-for-Profit OrganisationWe are supporting a respected not-for-profit organisation in the appointment of an Interim Senior HR Manager to provide leadership and continuity while a permanent recruitment process is completed. Based in Pimlico, this is a broad generalist role, leading all HR activity across the organisation. The RoleYou will provide both strategic and operational HR leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation on a wide range of people matters. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, policy development, performance management, learning and development, wellbeing initiatives, HR systems oversight, and payroll and pensions management.
