If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with day-to-day HR operations, this role could be a great fit for you.The role: Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on complex HR mattersManaging employee relations cases, coaching leaders, and supporting conflict resolutionCreating, updating, and embedding HR policies and best-practice processesOverseeing the accuracy and compliance of employee records and documentationLeading engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organisationProviding data-led HR insight and reporting to guide business decisionContributing to senior-level HR planning and supporting the wider people strategy What we are looking for: At least 3 years'' experience in a HR management or senior HR advisory roleHR experience within an organisation of 50+ employeesCIPD Level 5 or 7 (or working towards)Strong and current understanding of employment law and regulatory changesProfession, ..... full job details .....
