The CompanyEstablished, progressive thinking and extremely supportive organisationThe RoleHR Manager - Field Based, Multi-Site - £60k + excellent benefits and company car We are recruiting for two HR Managers on behalf of fast-paced multi-site organisation supporting a large frontline workforce across numerous operational locations.This is a field-based role requiring frequent regional travel (approximately 60-70%).- Also working from homeEither Liverpool or Manchester areasYou will act as a trusted HR partner to Regional and Area Managers, supporting operational teams across multiple sites and delivering practical HR solutions that improve performance, engagement and retention.Responsibilities include:Managing complex and high-volume employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, investigations, appeals, restructures and TUPE)Coaching and developing line managers in people managementSupporting recruitment and workforce planningDelivering HR initiatives and change projectsAnalysing HR metrics including turnover, absence and retentionEnsuring employment law compliance and policy adherenceSupporting organisational change and operational projectsRequirementsCIPD Level 5 qualifiedExperience within a multi-site operational environmentBackground in retail, FMCG, hospitality, logistics, leisure, or similarStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsProven experience handling complex and heavy employee relations casesExperience of rolling out and ..... full job details .....
