Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and forming a key part of the site Leadership Team, you''ll lead the delivery of the people agenda across the operation, ensuring alignment of culture, compliance, talent, organisational structure, and people processes. You''ll also lead the HR team and oversee the Payroll function.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery, helping to create an engaged, high-performing workforce while supporting the business through change and growth.This is a full-time, permanent role, working predominately Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
