Here at GXO, we''re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead the HR agenda across our Sainsbury''s Transport operation in Hams Hall and our Sainsburys Argos site in Worcester (Shire Park). Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you''ll be a trusted partner to our 3 x Sainsburys sites, providing expert guidance across employee relations, industrial relations, engagement and organisational change. Managing one direct report, you''ll play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture, supporting operational success, and ensuring our people are set up to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional with union engagement experience, including pay negotiations, who enjoys balancing strategic influence with hands-on operational support! This is 37.5 hours contracted per week, permanent position. Working core hours of Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 17:00 (flexibility required for business needs).
