You''ll manage the HR Operations across Warehouse and Transport in Birmingham and a transport out base in Milton Keynes. You will lead the on-site HR presence and provide efficient and effective support to the site operational teams using digital HR techniques to align culture, talent, structure and processes. This is a full time, permanent position, and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, however should you prefer there is the option to work 08:30 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00.Pay, benefits and more:You''ll be paid a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you''ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
