We''re seeking an experienced, people-focused HR Manager to join our Kraft Heinz contract in Wigan-someone who thrives on partnering with leaders, building strong employee and industrial relations, and driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you''ll support and influence site leadership teams on all HR matters, lead and develop a small team, and play a key role in delivering contract success through engaged, high-performing people-ideally bringing proven experience in union environments and pay negotiations. This is a Monday to Friday role however flexibility is a must - this is logistics after all!Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £53,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
