The Role We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the ongoing growth and transformation of the organisation. This is a key role guiding the transition to a business partnering model while providing HR expertise across the business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and effective people management. This role offers the flexibility of one homeworking day per week (minimum), and TOIL will accrue from day one.
