Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management and grievances.
- Oversee payroll processes and liaise with external providers as required.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Experience in Human Resources within a similar role or capacity.
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential.
