Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management and grievances.
  • Oversee payroll processes and liaise with external providers as required.
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Experience in Human Resources within a similar role or capacity.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR management.

  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
