Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality HR service across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, people strategy, and operational HR matters.  Based in West Sussex, this organisation is one of the largest in the area.
