Your new role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you''ll provide both strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. This is a standalone generalist role covering employee relations, recruitment, policy development, learning and development, workforce planning, performance management, compliance and HR reporting. You''ll also advise senior stakeholders, support organisational change and help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. What you''ll need to succeed CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards). Proven experience in a standalone HR generalist role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
