      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | International company is looking for a French speaking HR Manager to lead a small HR team (HR Adviser + HR Assistant) and deliver a full generalist HR service across the UK business. Full JD will be sent to selected candidates who ideally have max 2 months notice. ROLE of the HR Manager:  Lead complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance) Partner with senior managers on HR strategy, organisational change and TUPE Oversee recruitment, onboarding, LandD and performance reviews Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR and HR policies Manage unionised employee relations and support ACAS/tribunal matters  PROFILE:  Fluent French and English CIPD qualified, part-qualified or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of UK employment law Proven TUPE and unionised environment experience Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills  SALARY and BENEFITS:  Up to £54,000 + bonus, meal allowance, discounted transport and pension. 35 hours/week Mainly office-based (4 days) Occasional UK/European travel.</description>
