Established for over 50 years, the business continues to grow through innovation, technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers and clients.Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Generalist HR Manager to join their team at their Central London headquarters in Marylebone.The RoleReporting into the senior leadership team, the Generalist HR Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, providing professional support and guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.This is a hands-on role requiring a commercially focused HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with operational HR responsibilities across a multi-site national workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsManage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.Provide advice and guidance to managers on employment legislation and best practice.Support investigations, hearings and appeals.Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.Recruitment and Talent ManagementSupport recruitment activities across multiple departments and locations.Develop talent attraction and retention strategies.Assist with succession ..... full job details .....
