This exciting new role brings with it the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and members of the senior team to develop and drive the people strategy to ensure success of the organisation with the growth plans in place. About the job This newly created role was historically managed across members of the senior team and have been largely reactive. You will therefore need to develop and implement the people strategy to set the business up for success for the foreseeable future to include employer brand, employee lifecycle, HR/legal compliance, ER, compensation and reward, internal communications, development & performance and personnel sponsorship.
