HR Manager (Fixed Term)
HR Manager St Albans (Hybrid) Up to £60,000 + Benefits 6-12 Month Fixed Term Contract This is a hands-on HR leadership role supporting both the UK head office and international subsidiaries of a global technology business. As HR Manager, you ll lead on a range of core people functions, from recruitment and onboarding to policy development, performance management, and employee engagement. You ll oversee employee records, manage HR systems and documentation, and play a key part in driving compliance, employee wellbeing, and organisational development. Acting as a key point of contact for both staff and management, you ll provide practical HR advice and guidance, while managing a small team and supporting the development of the wider HR function across the group.
