Duties and Responsibilities: The Future Capability and Digital Roadmap Lead is responsible for driving the digital transformation of the HR function.This role shapes and innovates the future of people applications and their role in driving process, experience and insight efficiency. This involves digital strategy development, technology implementation, process improvement, change management, data analytics, employee experience, training and development, vendor management and compliance, as detailed below:Develop and lead a comprehensive digital HR strategy, including technology selection, implementation and vendor management.Partner with the HR Service Improvement team to streamline and automate HR processes using digital tools, driving adoption through effective change management.Leverage HR analytics to enhance decision-making, increase self-service and reduce unnecessary traffic into the HR service centre.Enhance employee experience ..... full job details .....
