I’m partnering with a highly regarded investment management firm specialising in European private markets in central London to recruit an experienced and forward-thinking HR Manager. This is a newly shaped role, with ownership of the full people agenda. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build something meaningful from the inside out.

My client is looking for someone who can bring energy, confidence, and fresh ideas. You’ll play a key role in shaping the firm’s culture, modernising HR practices, and aligning people strategy with business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Own and lead the end-to-end HR function across EMEA, with a blend of strategic and operational focusPartner closely with senior leadership to shape a values-led, high-performance cultureRefresh and modernise HR policies, frameworks, and processesLead core HR areas including employee relations, performance, compensation, onboarding, and complianceSupport the business through growth and change, acting as a cultural ambassador and trusted adviserDrive engagement, wellbeing, and DEandI initiatives that reflect the firm''s valuesOversee HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including regulatory requirements where relevantLeverage data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement

About you:

Solid HR generalist experience, in financial services. Ideally in an Investment Management environmentExperience working across EMEA and familiarity with employment law in multiple jurisdictionsFluent in at least one additional European language
