This is a standalone position, offering the opportunity to shape the people agenda while remaining heavily involved in the day-to-day operational aspects of HR.This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives on autonomy and is confident managing everything from strategic initiatives through to employee relations and recruitment. The RoleAs the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, providing expert HR support across the business and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
