Are you a hands-on HR professional who thrives in the high-energy atmosphere of a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead a site-based team for a leading food manufacturer.

This is a visible, generalist role where you will hit the ground running, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive best practices and manage the full employee lifecycle.

You-will be over seeing a small team of HR professionals, reporting to the HR Director and be ontop of everything-from ER through to implementing policy and procedure.-


Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations: Lead on complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management while ensuring full compliance with UK employment law.

Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small, dedicated HR team.-

Operational Partnering: Coach and mentor line / floor managers to enhance their people management capabilities and shop-floor visibility.

Change Management: Play a pivotal role in organisational change, including workforce planning and site transformation initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in HR policies, processes, and systems-

The Ideal Candidate

Proven Background: Significant HR experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a blue-collar environment is essential.

ER Specialist:-Experience in managing complex employee relations.-

Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring team members.

Mindset: A positive, energetic approach with the ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualification: CIPD Level 5 or above-
