Senior HR ManagerLocation: HerefordSalary: £85,000 - £90,000paAdditional: Benefits, Car Allowance, Pension Potential Relocation Support AvailablePermanent Full-Time Site-Based, 5 Days Per Week Are you an experienced HR leader with a background in manufacturing, engineering or another complex industrial environment? We are working with a leading global manufacturing organisation to appoint an experienced Senior HR Manager for a significant manufacturing operation based in Hereford. This is a highly visible, hands-on HR leadership role, offering the opportunity to lead the people agenda for an established manufacturing site employing over 400 people. The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the site''s HR function and act as a trusted adviser to senior operational leaders. This is not purely a strategic HR role. We are looking for a leader who enjoys being visible within the operation, engaging with employees and managers and remaining actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of HR. Leading a small HR team, you will take responsibility for the full employee lifecycle and a broad range of strategic and operational HR activities.
