This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys combining complex ER with hands-on HR projects and organisational change. Reporting into the Head of HR and working closely with senior leaders, you ll help shape the wider people agenda while providing trusted advice across a range of business-critical initiatives. You ll also play an important role in building management capability, improving HR processes and supporting a positive and high-performing culture. Based in Cosham with travel to other business locations as required, this is a hybrid role working 2 days a week from home and paying £50,000 £65,000 DOE. What you ll do: Majority of this role will be providing senior HR advice and support on complex ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, performance, TUPE and organisational change.
