Morson are currently partnering with a non-for-profit organisation in York as they look for a HR Manager (Employee Relations) to join their HR team on a 15 month FTC.
This is a full-time position offering hybrid working and a salary of £47,000 PA.
The Role:
- Line manage the Employee Relations Advisor, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee effective delivery of ER case management across the organisation.
- Coach and advise managers to confidently address ER matters.
- Collaborate with teams to design and deliver impactful ER training.
- Lead on complex and high-risk ER cases.
- Contribute to organisational change projects.
- Develop and implement ER policies.
- Analyse and report on case volumes, case studies, and emerging trends.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations.
- Proven experience in line management within an HR function.
- Solid understanding of employment law.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage complex and high risk cases effectively.
