This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR Manager who enjoys working in a varied and fast-pace all-round HR role. Central to role is cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being.  Based on the outskirts of Ely, this role is being offered on a part- or full-time basis (minimum 3 days per week) with a genuine offering of flexibility.  The role reports into the HR Director and the company also have support from a HR consultancy.  With exciting growth plans pending, this role initially will have an emphasis on recruitment for multiple vacancies, so experience leading recruitment campaigns would be great. You''ll also be working with managers on training and development for all employees, updating policies and procedures and doing reporting/system work.
