Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this is a great opportunity to influence business decisions and instil best practice around our people, culture, compliance and engagement. Working closely with the General Managers at both sites you will be expected to take the lead across a total headcount of circa 600 colleagues in delivering a great place to work with the scope to thrive, change and support continual growth across the operationsYour direct team will consist of 8 colleagues, across the two sites, these will cover HR, payroll and training. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with core working hours of Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (flexibility available for business/personal needs).
