Human Resources Manager / Head of People 35,000 Salisbury Permanent role This is a prominent multi-venue arts charity and cultural engine operating a diverse, multi-site portfolio in the South West. The organisation encompasses a flagship regional producing theater, a dynamic multi-disciplinary arts center housed in a historic venue, and a high-profile annual international arts festival. The Head of People role leads the People function, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive service supporting line managers and having oversight of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, through performance and reward, to offboarding. The role will ensure that employment law and best practice is adhered to in all People matters.
