Main purpose of role:
To support the business with a primary focus on Colleague Relations and Wellbeing, Acquisitions and Reporting within a fast growing business.
Hours:
Monday-Friday
Location: Teddington, TW11, Greater London
Salary:
£40,000-£60,000 DOE
Key responsibilities:- Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee (colleague) relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.- Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.- Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.- Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable.- Reporting – monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business.- Contribute to implementation of new HRIS.- Implement new colleague benefits platform.- Drafting people policies and updating Colleague Handbook.- Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals.- Sickness and absence management.- Maternity management.- Advice and notetaking for colleague relations meetings.- Support the team as and when needed.
Requirements:- CIPD qualified or significant on-the-job experience.- Previous experience in HR team at Senior Advisor level or above.- Multi-site/fast paced environment.- Up to date knowledge of employment law.- Happy to travel around Greater London as required.Skills:- Highly confidential and empathetic.- Excellent Excel and HRIS skills.- Numerate.- Impeccable attention to detail.- Flexible and happy to assist greater ..... full job details .....
