HR Manager

We are working in partnership with a highly respected leader in the civils marine industry. In recent years they have experienced remarkable and sustained growth and are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their friendly, professional team.

The successful individual will play a central role in shaping a positive and people-centred culture and will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR systems and practices. They will also ensure a smooth and supportive employee experience - from on-boarding and development to performance and well-being.

The HR Manager will partner with leaders and team members to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued, engaged, and empowered to grow.

About you:

You will be an experienced HR professional with a CIPD accreditation (Level 5 or above) You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and experience including recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development.

The package:

Up to -65,000 per annum DOE

25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays
