CIPD Qualified (level 5 or 7) or equivalent, Degree level Previous experience at a similar level, comfortable in a stand alone role Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff training and ER Our client is a well established, successful FMCG business based in High Wycombe, looking to appoint a standalone HR Manager to take ownership of the people function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in an SME environment and wants the chance to build, shape and develop HR within a growing organisation. Reporting directly into the leadership team, the HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the business, its managers and employees, whilst helping to nurture a positive, high-performing culture. With most employees based at Head Office, alongside a smaller warehouse, distribution and field-based team, the HR Manager will have exposure across the entire business. As the company continues to grow, there is genuine potential for this role to evolve and expand.
