CMA HR Division is partnering with a well-established public sector organisation in Southampton to recruit an experienced HR Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. What will the HR Manager role involve? Leading, motivating and developing a team of HR professionals to deliver an effective and customer-focused HR service Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and employment legislation Providing expert guidance on complex casework, performance management, employee wellbeing and industrial relations matters Supporting the delivery of people-focused projects and initiatives aligned to organisational objectives Using HR metrics and workforce data to provide insight, identify trends and support informed decision-making Promoting a positive and inclusive culture whilst championing employee engagement and best practice ..... full job details .....
