This is a fantastic role for a HR professional who thrives in a purpose-led environment and enjoys shaping and evolving people strategies.Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all HR operations, including development and implementation of HR policies and systems.Provide strategic HR support to senior leadership, including recommendations for improvement.Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit interviews.Lead the organisation s People Strategy and associated initiatives.Support and line-manage key HR-related staff across Learning and Development, EDI, Compliance, and Business Support. What Experience is Required CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) with experience in a similar HR generalist role.Strong understanding of HR legislation and best practices.Understand of safeguarding would be advantageous.Proven ability to manage a team and implement strategic HR projects.Driving license and vehicle to travel between sites.
