HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded HR Manager to join a fast-paced professional services organisation and play a pivotal role in delivering a high-performing, responsive and data-led HR function. This is a broad and hands-on HR leadership role, ideally suited to an experienced HR professional who is equally comfortable operating strategically with senior stakeholders and getting involved in the day-to-day HR operations. Salary- up to £65,000 DOE Location- Dagenham area with travel to 3 other main sites at varying levels. Hybrid- 3 days office/2 days working from home Working closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partners you will provide leadership across the full employee lifecycle, supporting the organisation through workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, organisational development, reward, change and continuous improvement. A key focus of the role will be the use of MI, people data and workforce analytics across the organisation. You will turn HR data into meaningful insight, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and using evidence to influence business decisions and the ongoing improvement of HR services. Due to this important part of the role, experience within this area would be essential.
