Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on HR leadership role offering significant autonomy and influence within a commercially focused business delivering projects across energy, infrastructure, industrial and engineering sectors. The Role As HR Manager, you will lead the HR function and oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting both office and project-based teams. Key responsibilities include: Leading, developing and managing the HR team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability for delivery. Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
