This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function within a purpose-driven organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the HR team, ensuring an effective HR service.Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and HR policies.Support workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational change initiatives.Oversee HR systems, reporting and external HR providers.Review HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.The Successful Candidate Will Ideally HavePrevious experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above).Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Experience managing employee relations and supporting change.Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
