Part of a wider group of ambitious technology and consulting businesses spanning the UK and UAE, we work with clients to bridge the gap between strategy and delivery - combining consulting expertise with hands-on technical resourcing.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join us on a three-month fixed-term contract to build the HR foundations of the business from the ground up. This is a project-based, deadline-driven engagement: you will lead a TUPE transfer process, put employment contracts, benefits, and policies in place for the first time, and get the company''s HR documentation and infrastructure ready to support the business as it scales. By the end of the contract, Gibbs Consulting Global needs to have a fully compliant, well-documented HR function that can support ongoing growth.This role suits an experienced, hands-on HR generalist who has built HR functions from scratch before, is comfortable working to a tight timeline, and can move fluidly between complex employee relations processes and practical day-to-day documentation and policy work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ..... full job details .....
