Established in 2008, Oyster Search and Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis. We are currently recruiting an HR Manager on behalf of our asset management client based in London. Part of a global HR team and reporting to the HR Director, EMEA, you will will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the EMEA region (c170 employees), delivering high quality, commercially aligned HR support within a fast-paced, globally integrated asset management business. This role blends hands on advisory work with strategic project involvement, particularly around organisational change in the UK, cross border HR initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions. Given the size of the EMEA operation, the role also includes general administrative and coordination responsibilities to ensure smooth day to day HR operations. It is essential that you have proven HR generalist/business partnering experience within financial services, asset management, or another highly regulated sector, together with a strong understanding of UK employment law and exposure to European employment practices.
