This is a small business who have doubled in size in the last 18 months, with further exciting growth planned. For that reason they require an experienced HR Manager for this exciting opportunity, who can shape and develop their HR function. The role: Growing from their current foundations, this candidate will sit alongside the SMT and steer HR for the company in a stand alone role. You will develop everything from the ground up, introduce new policies and process and support key stakeholders within the business as they grow. You will redefine their recruitment process, and introduce apprenticeship and graduate programmes. You will review current process and develop new initiatives around benefits, engagement, and everything in between! For this reason you will be a strong influencer and relationship builder, seeking a role where you can add value in a supportive and growing environment.
