Reporting into the Head of HR role, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals to deliver operational HR across a multi site business. Key responsibilities: - Managing and overseeing an HR team (Business Partners and Administrators) that are supporting multiple sites - Supporting with development of HR strategies and objectives - Implement HR policies and procedures - Provide guidance and support to the HR team and managers - Occasional travel to other UK sites and ensure sites are working collaboratively - Handling complex ER cases - Manage team performance - Playing a key role in advising senior stakeholders - Ensure the team are up to date on employment law and legislation - Develop employee engagement initiatives - HR reporting To be considered suitable for this HR Manager role you will need the following skills and experience: - HR managerial experience - leading small to medium size teams - Ability to commute to the Essex office 3 days a week with very occasional travel to other ..... full job details .....
