      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;600 - &amp;pound;650/day | Type: Contract | HR Manager   Birmingham  -(Apply online only) per day   6 month contract     ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to be a part of a major project within the UK, Lead a Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive service to the organisation. Build the capability of the team to deliver high quality customer support.     The Role:      Ensure systems and process are effective and challenge and continuously improve service delivery.   Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to fully understand the needs and objectives for both the current and future business challenges.   Coach managers on performance management issues and ensuring delivery of training requirements.   Maintain a succession plan and talent pipeline. Implement new HR policies, procedures and processes.   Manage HR budgets and drive employee engagement.
