HR Manager Birmingham (Apply online only) per day 6 month contract ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to be a part of a major project within the UK, Lead a Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive service to the organisation. Build the capability of the team to deliver high quality customer support. The Role: Ensure systems and process are effective and challenge and continuously improve service delivery. Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to fully understand the needs and objectives for both the current and future business challenges. Coach managers on performance management issues and ensuring delivery of training requirements. Maintain a succession plan and talent pipeline. Implement new HR policies, procedures and processes. Manage HR budgets and drive employee engagement. Requirements: Strong skills at putting delivery / project plans in placeArticulate, strong stakeholder management skills at senior level. Working with managers to understand why resourcing needs are not being pushed throughAble to read and interpret data on excel, create project plans and then present visual reports (PBI/powerpoint)Project management skill setPrevious public sector experience is desirable not essential.
