HR Manager

Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with our client in Ayrshire to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in delivering both strategic and operational HR support across the business. The successful candidate will have a strong generalist HR background, coupled with significant experience managing complex employee relations matters. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead on a broad range of people initiatives while ensuring HR best practice and compliance are maintained throughout the organisation. The Role As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, providing expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for supporting managers with complex people matters, driving employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the ongoing development of HR policies, processes, and practices. This role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating in a varied position, balancing strategic projects with hands-on operational support.
