This is a key role within the business, responsible for leading the day-to-day HR function while working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver a proactive, value-adding people service. This is a varied and hands-on position, suited to a confident HR professional who thrives in a complex, regulated environment and enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic input. The Role As HR Manager, you will lead the delivery of best-practice HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, reporting, and engagement initiatives, ensuring processes are efficient, commercially focused, and aligned to business objectives. You will also play a key role in coaching and supporting managers, strengthening capability, and driving continuous improvement across people practices.
