HR Manager

This a stand alone role, however, you will also have significant support from a wider group HR function.In this role you will be monitoring compliance around safer recruitment, so some experience in this, or a strong interest is required. You will be implimenting, updating and maintaining processess and procedures in line with governement policy and compliance. This is a multifaceted role will have fluctuations in workloads (with a particualrly busy period to begin with) and responsibilities due to the nature of the organisation, so you can expect no two days to be the same!To be considered for this rewarding and exciting position you will be an ambitious and driven individual with high empathy, intuition and a robust undertanding of recent HR legislation.
