Standalone HR ManagerLocation: ChirkSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefitsJob Type: Permanent Full TimeThe RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a successful and well-established organisation based in Chirk.This standalone position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the HR function across a workforce of approximately 100 employees. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide both operational and strategic HR support, helping to drive employee engagement, wellbeing, compliance and organisational effectiveness.This role would suit an experienced HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner who enjoys working autonomously whilst building strong relationships across all areas of a business.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboardingProviding advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management casesDeveloping and maintaining HR policies and proceduresEnsuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practiceSupporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiativesCoordinating learning and development activitiesProducing HR reports and management informationSupporting payroll-related administration and employee benefitsPartnering with managers to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouCIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent ..... full job details .....
