This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong Employee Relations experience to make an immediate impact, supporting the business through a number of ongoing employee relations cases. The Role Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring all processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with current employment legislation.
