HR ManagerWrexhamUp to 25.64 per hourImmediate Start AvailableMonday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmFully On-SiteTemporary Assignment (1-2 Months)We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a busy HR team within a well-established manufacturing business in Wrexham.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong Employee Relations experience to make an immediate impact, supporting the business through a number of ongoing employee relations cases.The RoleWorking closely with the HR Manager, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring all processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with current employment legislation.Key responsibilities will include:Reviewing and managing ongoing grievance casesAdvising management on appropriate next steps and potential outcomesSupporting grievance investigations and appeal processesProviding expert guidance on employment law and HR best practiceEnsuring all documentation and procedures are compliant and accurateOffering generalist HR support where requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practiceExperience managing complex employee relations cases, including grievances and appealsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to work independently and provide ..... full job details .....
