Working as part of the site leadership team, you''ll play a key role in shaping people strategy, supporting operational leaders, developing employees and delivering an effective HR function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Duties Partner with the site leadership team to deliver strategic and operational HR support. Lead, coach and develop the on-site HR team. Drive employee engagement, performance management and organisational development initiatives. Manage complex employee relations cases and provide expert HR advice to managers. Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition activities. Support succession planning, workforce planning and capability development.
