Reporting to the CEO, you ll shape and deliver the HR strategy, supporting business growth and embedding a positive, values-led culture. 25 hours spread across the week Office based in Bicester, Oxfordshire Salary £45K - £50K FTE (DOE) Key Responsibilities Drive and implement HR strategy, objectives, and improvement plans aligned with business needs Work with management to set and deliver short- and long-term departmental goals and staffing plans Provide operational HR support and advice to management across all areas of HR activity Develop and maintain competitive remuneration and benefits policies to attract and retain talent Lead recruitment across all levels of the business in line with company values and competency requirements Oversee HR processes, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting Regularly update HR policies and practices to remain current and compliant Manage the performance management system and training and development processes within agreed timelines and budgets Support managers in implementing training, personal development, and improvement plans Handle employee relations issues, safeguarding company reputation and culture Produce and manage annual HR budgets and quarterly board reports Collaborate with finance on payroll and annual salary review processes Represent HR in central projects and key business planning ..... full job details .....
