HR Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Drive and then implement the agreed HR strategy across the business.
• Design and implement actions from the HR Roadmap, with a key focus on recruitment, retention and motivation of staff.
• Coach, support and advise the Site Senior Management Team on all HR matters relating to people management..
• Responsible for the HR metrics and monitoring of this and implementing improvements.
• To act as a specialist resource, to the Site, providing advice on highly complex employee relation issues such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management, appeals, harassment/bullying issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing, warehousing, or logisitics
